You may submit a return request within a maximum of 30 days from the day you received ALL purchased items from the same order.
For customers in the United States, we can provide a prepaid USPS return label. Please note that return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, unless the original item is defective.
How do I start a return?
Step 1: Send your return request
Visit here to sign in to your customer account, choose the correct order, select the items you want to return, and submit the request. After your request is sent, our team will reply within 24 hours.
Step 2: Pack and ship your items back
If your return is approved, we will send instructions explaining where and how to send your items.
Step 3: Refund
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the return, and refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete. Please keep your courier return receipt until the refund has been processed. If you cannot submit the request, contact us at thecommenseclothing@gmail.com with your order number, item names, and return reasons. For quality concerns, please include photos of the defective areas of the items.
Which items qualify for return?
All item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.
🚫 Items that cannot be returned include:
-Products marked as Final Clearance (original price at US$xx.99).
-Lingerie, tights, socks, and part of accessories (Belts, bags and shoes are returnable).
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and the hygiene liner must remain attached to qualify for a return.
Matching sets cannot be returned separately.
If your order was paid using Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.
Situations not considered quality defects:
Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, fabric texture, and color variation caused by differences in monitor displays are NOT considered quality issues.
Returns caused by dissatisfaction with styles, colors, or changes in personal preference are NOT considered quality issues.
Damage caused by use, washing, improper care, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors is NOT considered a quality issue.
Please check our size chart before purchasing, as our service team can only provide recommendations. Returns related to sizing concerns do not count as quality issues.
Because designs and styles vary between items, slight measurement differences may appear among different items in the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
